Account Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users of the Gayaka app can request deletion of their account and personal data. You have two options to delete your account.

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Gayaka app. Your account will be deleted instantly.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email.

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Profile information (name, email, phone number)
• App usage history
• Preferences and settings
• Saved playlists or favorites
• Any other personal data stored in your account

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons:

• Transaction records (retained for 7 years for legal compliance)
• Fraud prevention logs (retained for 90 days)
• Server logs (retained for 30 days)

This retained data is not used for marketing or personalization and will be deleted after the retention period.

• Permanent Deletion: Once deletion is completed, your account cannot be recovered.
• New Account Required: If you reinstall the app, you must create a new account.
• Subscriptions: Please cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account.
• Data Export: If you want to keep your data, export it before requesting deletion.
